Description
This planner contains a two-page spread for each day, with enough pages for a quarter (seven days a week for three months). However, the dates and days are left blank so that the planner can fit the user’s needs (workdays only, weekends only, duration of a project, etc.). The last page is for a final review of the entire period.
How to Use This Planner
To use this planner, you will divide each day into three phases:
- Planning phase – This is done the night before or first thing in the morning to help you know what needs to get done that day.
- Execution phase – This is what you do throughout the day as you complete tasks, jot down notes, and record ideas and reminders that occur.
- Review phase – This is done at the end of the day in order to see what was done, why tasks were left undone, and what needs to be added to your calendar or to-do list.
See the photos below for an example of how this works.

This planner is not necessarily designed to replace any digital note-taking, information storage, or task manager. It is also not intended to replace a journal (either digital or analog). Instead, think of this planner as a supplement to those tools, helping you organize each day so you can get the most out of it.
NOTE: Planners are printed on-demand and are not available at a wholesale discount. May be drop-shipped from the printer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
