Description
James P. Miller (1915-1978) was born and raised in Western Kentucky. Before long, he earned a reputation as a capable young preacher. Throughout his life, he labored in various places preaching the gospel, holding debates, and teaching on the radio. When Searching the Scriptures started in 1960, he worked as co-editor with H. E. Phillips.
Miller wrote a series of workbooks for brethren to use in Bible classes. The Workbook Commentary Series was timeless, simple, and Scriptural. While each lesson contained questions and other activities, they were primarily made up of the author’s commentary on the epistles being studied. This book takes the author’s comments on each of those New Testament books, removes the questions and activities, and presents all of them in a single volume. Miller’s commentary will help Bible students learn what the word of God teaches and dig deeper into the text to grow in their understanding of the truth.
This commentary covers the following New Testament books: Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, I & II Thessalonians, I & II Timothy, and Revelation.
